Hi,
The example of a floating holiday in the emacs documentation at:

https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Holiday-Customizing.html

or in lisp/calendar/holidays.el for Hurricane Supplication Day has
that holiday as the fourth Monday in August. It is actually the
fourth Monday in July. See

http://viculturaled.vide.vi/data/userfiles/July2013HolidaysCelebration.pdf

or Wikipedia for confirmation of the date. Aloha,
  Adam Greenblatt address@hidden

Thanks, fixed in the source. (An odd mistake to have made.)
