Applying gnus-summary-enter-digest-group (C-d) on article
<address@hidden> from
news.gmane.org:gmane.comp.security.risks shows several occurrences of
undecoded quoted-printable characters. When reading the article in
non-digest mode the contents are properly decoded.
If the article contents were base64 encoded, for example,
gnus-summary-enter-digest-group wouldn't be able to select it.

Fixed in the trunk. Now C-d supports any encoding and also charset.
