Severity: important

If a bug has been closed, then sending mail to the -done address does
not result in that mail being resent to the maintainer. It just gets
added to the bug log (ie the web page) but nothing else happens.

Examples: 3101, 9442

This can happen if you close a bug with -done and cc someone else on
that message.

Perhaps this is the upstream report

Obviously we don't want it work like this. If 123 is already closed
then sending to "123-done" should act the same as sending to "123".

A workaround is to close using the control server instead.

I think this is fixed now. I'm going to use this bug itself as a test...
