When it is run with no arguments, it should show a message box.
However, emacsclientw.exe compiled by VC++ 2010 express is a console program.
It shows a black console window when it starts.

With help from Fabrice Popineau, I fixed this in revision 108022 on
the emacs-24 branch, and I'm closing the bug.
