You have to install the missing dependencies first. In this case, it's
the Qt GUI library, version 4.x. The following command is probably
enough to install the library (and its own dependencies):
sudo aptitude install libqtgui4
You may need to add the "universe" repository to your repositories
list in order to get the package.
Another option is to download the package directly (for example here:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/fr/hardy-backports/libqtgui4), but then you
will have to download in the same way all the missing dependencies of
libqtgui4.
