I had this problem too. Please correct me if I'm wrong - but it seems
that the mkisofs in the dvdrecord package doesn't actually support
-dvd-video.
The mkisofs from the latest cdrtools does, however.
I just took the mkisofs from cdrtools, and it all worked.
