For a scriptable location to pick up duplicity sources see SourceForge.  We started using SF as backup, just in case.

I maintain the Fink package manager of Duplicity and need to push my edits which I hope to do soon.  As for Homebrew, I don’t know who maintains the Duplicity recipe (? whatever they are called).  Fink sometimes uses the brew recipes to write their package info files and I assume that Homebrew uses the fink files and patches to update theirs.  But the two groups are independently run and staffed.
