I tried --num-retries 0 (ftp backend) and duplicity failed after 0 attemts. Is this the wanted behaviour?

Giving up trying to execute 'ncftpls -f /tmp/duplicity-U41e7m-tempdir/mkstemp-y8Y_SQ-1 -F -t 30 -o useCLNT=0,useHELP_SITE=0 -l 'ftp://stratoserver.net/test/'' after 0 attempts BackendException: Error running 'ncftpls -f /tmp/duplicity-U41e7m-tempdir/mkstemp-y8Y_SQ-1 -F -t 30 -o useCLNT=0,useHELP_SITE=0 -l 'ftp://stratoserver.net/test/''
