Summary:  NumericUpDown and DomainUpDown actions are reversed

Original Submission:  Clicking the up-arrow on a NumericUpDown causes the number
to decrease when it should increase. Vice-versa for the
down-arrow.
DomainUpDown seems to be the same.
Switching the code for the up/down events solves the problem.
