[Pnet-developers] Overview documentation missing?

I have a bug in cscc (C#) that I would like to fix.  The trouble is that I
can't find much useful documentation.

What I am looking for is:
 1) the phases and passes of the C# compiler
 2) the data structures involved
  a) in particular the IL nodes
  b) the symbol tables
  c) the type descriptions
 3) what .tc files are combined in which compilers - some of them seem to
be combined across directories, I think.
 4) how do plugins fit in?
