Summary:  ControlPaint.DrawXXX() throws NullReferenceException when drawing on 
bitmap

Original Submission:  
The Draw* methods in System.Windows.Forms.ControlPaint
throw a NullReferenceException when drawing on a bitmap.

The attached test works on the MS .NET Framework.
