Summary:  Assembly not correctly loading resources DLLs (app.resource.dll)

Original Submission:  Assembly.cs was using the FullName, which is a long 
formatted string containing the image name, culture, key, etc. It was building 
a string that did not look like "app.resources.dll", but had "app. 
invalid=stuff in=here first=null.resources.dll". I modified it so that it 
parsed only what it needed from the FullName return.
