[DotGNU]Does Lindows break the GPL?

I hope that this question is not as off-topic as my last one.
It's about licensing and the GPL, so I figure is reasonably on topic.


1) Lindows is planning on making money by using a propietary extension to
Wine running on GNU/Linux/KDE.

2) They don't seem to provide the source even for the GPL software that
they have.


Both of these seem like breaking the GPL.  On the other hand, I'm sure
that they don't want any more legal trouble, so they probably don't think
they're breaking it.


Is Lindows breaking the GPL?
