[DotGNU]State of the DotGNU Union

Hi folks,

I've noticed that there haven't been any submittals for the State of the
DotGNU Union (SotDU) document yet. The SotDU will when completed give a
good overview of the state that DotGNU is in. So please send in the
entries before the meet-a-thon so that we can put the document on the
website for everybody to look at.

PS: The Who-Is-Who document is now coming along fine now, though extra
entries are of course welcome :-).
