[DotGNU]PNetMark 0.0.2 benchmark released

I have updated the PNetMark benchmarking tool, which was
last released in November 2001:

The benchmark can now build cleanly with Portable.NET's
C# compiler, and provides a total rating after running
all of the benchmarks.

Feel free to experiment with adding new benchmark cases,
optimising the engine to improve the scores, etc.
