[DotGNU]Treecc 0.0.4 released

I've uploaded a new version of treecc to my Web site:

This version should fix structure alignment problems that
some people reported on 64-bit Solaris.  Users of i386
platforms don't need to upgrade, but it may be worth
doing so anyway to stay in sync with my version.

Once you have installed the new version of "treecc", you
will need to do a "make clean" on your Portable.NET tree
and rebuild.
