Yes, you'll need to install a CVS client and make it talk with
Savannah vis SSH. This is very easy to do on unix-like operating
systems; I don't know whether it may be difficult on other kinds
of platforms.
There has been some talk on the website list about creating a
web-forms-based solution. I have so far resisted that because
I thought we have CVS already which has all the needed
functionality. However if using CVS becomes a problem for
someone who wants to maintain just a couple of webpages (and not
actual code) I'm sure a way can be found around forcing you to
install and use a CVS client.
