| Description: | Support revenue stample (at least into invoices to start)
when option MAIN_USE_REVENUESTAMP is on.
It's a tax added to increase total with tax.
Add setup of option into company setup page.
Also remove code to manage local tax type 7.
Example of what we should get tor tunisia:
Montant HT = 100 DT
TVA = 18%
Montant TVA = 18 DT
Timbre fiscale = 0.400 DT (montant du timbre fiscale fixe)
Total TTC = 118.400 DT
