About your specific contributions, you can push them (feature by 
feature) using github system, we will include them if we think it might 
be included into core.

About building a Dolibarr community for Italia, this is an important 
work and we will be pleased to help you to reach this goal. For this, we 
wrote a page onto Wiki to help you.
First thing, is to follow steps defined into this page :
