I think Laurent removed BUILDDOC triggers in develop branch.

Summary:	BILL_SUPPLIER_BUILDDOC trigger does not cancel doc generation
Description:	If trigger fail, document is still generated. Not sure there is interest of deleting fresh document if trigger fail. Please advise.
