The bug has been corrected inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr).

So fix should be available with next stable release.

I could reproduce it again .Mark .odt template as default invoice model and then try it again

I think it was due to a lack of write permissions... ( I couldn't reproduce it later)

I can't reproduce error width current 3.5 branch.
Is it possible to enable module syslog and provide content of file document/dolibarr.log after error occurs ?
