The bug has been corrected inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr).

So fix should be available with next stable release.

Summary:	PMP price is bad calculated
Description:	PMP price of a product does not take care of the discount in the invoice/proposal and therefore does not calculate correctly the PMP. I think a script or instructions should be released in order to fix their calculations. Reported by a dolibarr.es forum user: http://www.dolibarr.es/index.php/foro/6-icomo/3954-calculo-pcm#3970

Well, at least in Spain I can confirm any discount or cost in the invoice should be reflected into cost price. But delayed discounts should not be reflected in it.

The discount that is entered onto product is a discount we get when buying a certain quantity. It does not reflect value of "product".
That's why it is not included. So ticket is confirmed. But i don't know if we should fix or not.
I will ask other people to know if we must include discount into .
