Step to reproduce bug:	Activate the WYSIWYG for product description Be sure that Acceuil->Configuration->Divers->MAIN_PRODUCT_DISABLE_CUSTOMCOUNTRYCODE = 0 (default) Add description to the product. Add product to a Propal. The description is in double.
