Details:

When you create a new membre, you can make choice to set "Public" value to
"yes" or "no". But, even if you choose to set "Public" value to "no", at
leaste it's possible to access to "first name", "last name" and "email
address" through the PATH "/public/adherents/priv_liste.php".
