The CVS version work just fine.  I listed both headers based on the
content of 'man lseek', and did not check if only one was enough.
Using only <sys/types.h> solve the problem for me. :)

The new version seem to do its job for my IBM thinkpad.  I tested both
dmidecode and vpddecode. :)
