I do run it… on MacOS :) If you get the pun.
It needs several patches I do not find clean enough to commit, but I can share.
I review every issue because I do not want to break 10.4 and PPC compatibility
and check if the change affects GNUstep.
GNUMail apparently has its friends on people using older computers.
At the same time, I check if there are GNUstep related workarounds and check
GNUstep compatibility compared to mac… it is slowly progressing. The last
release is already quite good, but there are some latest changes in SVN that
fix some nasty bugs I couldn't fit in release, but nothing "mac specific"
I have good success on 10.5 & 10.6, need more patches on 10.7… and didn't do
much beyond. I tried once on 10.13 and the issue is the lack of openssl. In
theory MacPorts could be used, but I wasn't able.
The fix would then also be good on older macs, since their openssl is old :)

patches welcome, so I can analyze and test them, or at least specific issues.
As explained I proceed very careful.
I will review and commit some of my stuff the coming weeks, but next hacking
session is planned after easter.
In the meanwhile I can share my patches or make a branch with them.
