Build on msys2 trying to build unix version of NSStream...

Hey guys,

For some reason the build I am trying to do on msys2 is attempting to build the UNIX version of NSStream.  As far as I can tell this is because the GNUSTEP_TARGET_OS variable is not being set.

Has there been a change along these lines in the last few days.  I will send more details in a few, but I wanted to put this out there.
