Nice, but what other values are there? is there one for OS-X (not in window menu) type of menus?

You can select the desired theme in SystemPreferences. Of course, you
should install the themes first. In section "Defaults" on
SystemPreferences you can configure the menu style. Set the variable
NSMenuInterfaceStyle to NSWindows95InterfaceStyle (not all the
applications have support for this type of menu). The theme Silver use
this kind of menu by default.
