=== What is SOGo ===

SOGo is a free and modern scalable groupware server. It offers shared calendars, address books and emails through your favorite Web browser or by using a native client such as Mozilla Thunderbird and Lightning.

SOGo is standard-compliant and supports CalDAV, CardDAV, GroupDAV and reuses existing IMAP, SMTP and database servers - making the solution easy to deploy and interoperable with many applications.

SOGo features :

* Scalable architecture suitable for deployments from dozen to many thousand users * Rich Web-based interface that shares the look and feel, the features and the data of Mozilla Thunderbird and Lightning * Improved integration with Mozilla Thunderbird and Lightning by using the SOGo Connector and the SOGo Integrator * Two-way synchronization support with any SyncML-capable devices (BlackBerry, Palm, Windows CE, etc.) by using the Funambol SOGo Connector * Excellent integration with Apple iCal 3/4, Apple iPhone OS and Microsoft Outlook

and many more! SOGo and our connectors are completely free.

=== Changes from the previous release ===

* improved handling of popup windows when closing the parent window
* major refresh of CSS
* added handling of preforked processes by SOPE/SOGo (a load balancer is therefore no longer needed)

* refactored the handling of user defaults to enable fallback on default values more easily
* added sensible default configuration values
* updated CKEditor to version 3.1

* added fixes for bugs in GNUstep 1.19.3 (NSURL)

Moreover, with this release, Inverse also announces the immediate availability of new SOGo Connector (v0.98) and SOGo Integrator (v0.98) extensions for Mozilla Thunderbird. The integration has also been perfected with the Inverse Edition of the Mozilla Lightning (v0.9.8) extension.

* SOGo Connector 0.98
