Hi all,

we have another problem on a debian sarge machine with the following back traces:

gdb /opt/GNUstep/System/Applications/LKWOffice.app/LKWOffice /home/fahrer/LKWSegs/1180012755.core #0 0x4088549c in _NSRemoveHandler () from /opt/GNUstep/System/Library/Libraries/libgnustep-base.so.1.11
(gdb) bt
#0 0x4088549c in _NSRemoveHandler () from /opt/GNUstep/System/Library/Libraries/libgnustep-base.so.1.11
Cannot access memory at address 0xbffff548

gdb /opt/GNUstep/System/Applications/LKWOffice.app/LKWOffice /home/fahrer/LKWSegs/1179987228.core
#0 0x40b4e7c1 in kill () from /lib/libc.so.6
(gdb) bt
#0 0x40b4e7c1 in kill () from /lib/libc.so.6
Cannot access memory at address 0xbffff104

gdb /opt/GNUstep/System/Applications/LKWOffice.app/LKWOffice /home/fahrer/LKWSegs/1179914297.core
#0 0x40b4e7c1 in kill () from /lib/libc.so.6
(gdb) bt
#0 0x40b4e7c1 in kill () from /lib/libc.so.6
Cannot access memory at address 0xbffff104

This rather looks like a problem in libc!? Should we avoid debian or could that still be a problem in our code? Any ideas?

Thanks,

  Andreas
