Unfortunately, I did not understand the text... But the pictures look
like it can be easily implemented using WebKit.
Well, there is no WebKit for GNUstep, but it is also open source (but
needs an Objective-C++ compiler).
BTW, there is an open source (BSD license) web browser project based
on WebKit: http://hmdt-web.net/shiira/en
