Ticker.app, update.

Hi folks,

I made some changes to Ticker.app:

* added "update" item to article menu (this is for the impatient; if
you've just sent off a news article and can't wait for it to appear in the
feed you click on update and it will show up if it has made it to Google
already)
* added parsing of "author" fields in Atom and RSS 1/2 articles; these
show up in the text summary
* window title changes to "Loading <name of feed>" when a ticker reloads.
