Apple currently forces you do view the license (and I think that's 
reasonable -- you don't have to read, but you at least get presented 
with it -- as a developer I want people to at least do this with the 
license for my app), and provides the file list (together with an 
installer log) from menu choices.  While I'm not pro-everything-Apple, 
I think they got this right.
