Installation 5. Finish Up I think that solves the problem of sequence, what is optional, andstreamlines the process for those who don't care about reading the licenseor seeing what's in the package.
Apple currently forces you do view the license (and I think that's reasonable -- you don't have to read, but you at least get presented with it -- as a developer I want people to at least do this with the license for my app), and provides the file list (together with an installer log) from menu choices. While I'm not pro-everything-Apple, I think they got this right.
