You might find you are better off developing under WO on the Windows
platform and then compiling the code undder OSX. Before Wo
went Java only it certainly provided a complete OpenStep environment
where you could just compile and run code just as you would on the
Unix systems. As Apple OSX tools can read the old style nib files then
porting forward is possible, even if its not in the other direction.

Your problem here is that getting hold of copies of WO in order to
deploy your code might be difficult.
