Maybe just nitpicking, but I think I've seen this a couple of times now.
Consistent naming is a big part of a consistent environment, and it's
much easier to prevent than change later. URL is an acronym, so it
should be capitalized. Thus, it should be "GSURLOpeners". Consider eg.
NSURL and NSEPSImageRep.

/me starts a naming convention page in the wiki...
