ANNOUNCEMENT: InterfaceWM 0.2.4 Released

  The InterfaceWM team is happy to announce the official 0.2.4 release of
IWM!  Many changes have taken place since the last "official" release,
including the addition of 2 new team members, Gregory Casamento and Chris B.
Vetter!

  Major features of this version are:

        - heavily rewritten client code
        - addition of GNUDebug functionality
        - extended EWMH compliance
        - various bugfixes
        - other stuff I'm probably forgetting

  Please download the 0.2.4 tarball, try it out and submit all bugs to the
project's bug tracker.
