What parts? NSMenuView doesn't really seem important since it isn't in
OpenStep, OPENSTEP, or (now) mosx. There's also [NSResponder
-setInterfaceStyle:], but it isn't in OpenStep or OPENSTEP, and a quick
google suggests that it doesn't do anything on mosx
