ObjcUnit-1.2 for GNUstep

I've managed to get ObjcUnit-1.2 built and working (more or less) for
GNUstep.  A very rough patch can be found at
http://www.ineffable.com/objcunit-1.2-klc-rough.patch.gz .  I had to
disable a few of the math tests do to non-existence of NAN and INFINITY
symbols (suggestions on how to fix these tests would be appreciated),
but all of the other tests pass.
