ANN: GNUstep Build Guide 1.4.3

Hi all,

guide is available.
Helge Hess had some good notes on his build process and I tried to
incorporate his findings.
The current changes are:

03 May 2002:
Made some additional notes on the building of gcc and the xinitrc part.
And adjusted the xinitrc file to comply to the new gnustep-back
situation.
Added a Debian bootscript example (additions are welcome)

He also noted that examples for the different distributions should be
given concerning xinitrc files and boot scripts, since not eveyone
understands them or is able to write his own.
So this essentially is a call for help:
Send me your boot scripts and rc files for the different distributions
(and mention name and version in your e-mail).

Another thing he noted is that all the different URLs should be replaced
with a single point of download. Are there more people that feel this
way, and who has the bandwidth to maintain a download site?
