"Pull request", i.e the request you open when you have modified the GNU Radio source code on your copy, and want the GNU Radio project to incorporate your changes in the "Official" version.

infrastructure,

    allows us to do test builds on every PR on github on the windows, OS X and 
Linux conda
    target platforms :)
