GnuradioConfig.cmake upgrade

Hello,
When I used cmake install a block in grc, there was an error:

Could not find a configuration file for package "Gnuradio" that is compatible with requested version "3.9".

The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:

    /usr/local/lib/cmake/gnuradio/GnuradioConfig.cmake, version: 3.8.0.0
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux -gnu/cmake/gnuradio/GnuradioConfig.cmake, version: 3.7.11.0

how  can I upgrade the version of these two files.
