So, this is something Arch-Linux-specific.
Generally, the GNU Radio Companion is simply part of the GNU Radio
build. It's up to linux distributions how to package that (and whether,
for example, have a separate package for the GNU Radio Companion).
If you're building GNU Radio from source, you'd just make sure GRC is
enabled. If it isn't, that usually only happens when you're lacking some
dependencies.
If you're instead using a package from your Linux distribution, make
sure you install every component you need.
If you're mixing source installs and binary packages, please don't do that.
Best regards,
Marcus

due to them using Nabble.com instead of directly subscribing through
https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss-gnuradio ; I recommend
not using Nabble.
