Basically, to switch, you replace the usrp1 source/sink in your flow
graph with a uhd source/sink. The names of the members to set sample
rate and frequency will be different.

All of the features in libgnuradiousrp1 should be supported in UHD. In
addition, UHD gives you support for new daughterboards. I also dare say
the API is easier to code to than libgnuradiousrp1. :-)
