I found these on PartMiner, which appears to be *the* place for 
datasheets on obsolete parts. Registration is free, but they have a 
scary huge privacy warning.

Note: you won't be able to download from the following links unless 
you register. If you don't want to do this, I'll email 'em. I just 
wanted to check first, since many people are wary of large, 
unsolicited attachments. :)
