Have people taken appropriate action with this?

Can someone ask the Adblock 3 developers to make their licensing clear?
And switch to GPL3-or-later, if they can?

Some of their package.json files contain "GPL-3.0" SPDX identifier, which
means this is a now deprecated designation for "GPL-3.0-only":

I guess we are not using NPM registry as the metadata source yet?
