I don't think django is recommending it. I don't think this deserves
it's own tag, as we don't have examples of this as a specific phenomenon
worth categorizing. "Nonfree software promotion" would already cover
something like this.
Ok, I removed "Nonfree recommended dependencies" and moved Django to "Nonfree software promotion".
