Note that the filter subscription list that is part of uBlock is a copy 
from the Adblock Plus page https://adblockplus.org/subscriptions. If you 
cannot communicate with the uBlock maintainers then you should talk with 
the Adblock Plus maintainers. Also, each subscription filter is authored 
and maintained by different authors that in most cases can be contacted 
as well. So there are lots of opportunities to solve this issue.
