I don't understand.  What is the intended purpose of this proposed page?

There are literally hundreds of MediaWiki extensions in total [1].  Are we trying to list each of them, and their license?  If that's the case, it would be wise to do so through a script.

(If you want to know what's running on the FSF Directory, then you visit the built-in SpecialPages:Version file)
