[directory-discuss] OpenStreetMap related software

There are currently a few bits of OSM related software in the directory,
these are quite hard to find, as there is nothing to connect them together.

Could a Works-with/openstreetmap category be added?

Also, would it be possible to have a Works-with-format/osm category? If
a more accurate solution is preferred, the following would be better
(perhaps as subcategories, if that is a thing):
  Works-with-format/osm-xml
  Works-with-format/osm-xml-bz2
  Works-with-format/osm-pbf
