[Dfey-general-discuss] safer internet day

This years safer internet day is tuesday 9th feb 2010.  will form part
of a week of activities.

This is where the OSS community need to get involved, schools can get
talks from O2, Visa and Microsoft, MS are heavily involved in this sort
of thing,  so i think the OSS community need to up their game. its good
publicity also.  I know the lug can't do much but perhaps we can get
canonical to have volunteers too.
